First Aid Training

Today was "death by powerpoint" with continuous briefings from 0700 to 1530. (I am starting to get into the swing of things with the 2400 clock.) When you get up at 0500 to eat breakfast, it is darn hard to stay awake for the lectures. I also finished my first aid training with the other doctors preparing for deployment. You think we could ace the test, but too many chiefs can be a problem. We got all done taking care of the casualty but forgot to finish some of the simplest tasks. (of course half of the docs were psychiatrists, so what do you expect!)
I also got to enjoy pictures of Cole from home and the Filippi's which is my favorite thing of the day.
